Gomasio & Za'atar

Gomasio and Za'atar!

Must haves in my pantry! Super kid-friendly! My son loves them both!

I basically sprinkle them both (although not at the same time) on everything!

I find Gomasio so nourishing and Za'atar quite exciting!


Gomasio:

1 cup Roasted sesame seeds

1/2 cup Dried Dulce

1/2 cup Dried Nettles

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Blend together and voilà!

I love it on pasta and avocado toast the most!


Za'atar:

2 tbsp Dried oregano or thyme

2 tbsp Coriander seeds

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp Powdered Sumac

2 tbsp Cumin seeds

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Blend together and bam you have a bold blend to spice up anything from eggs to raw veggies to popcorn!
